Fresh desserts featuring Spring berries you help make yourself! Strawberry Mousse with Whipped Cream, Pain au Chocolate with Raspberries, and Lemon - Blueberry Meringue Pie. Learn to make mousse, whipped cream, puff pastry, and meringue.
$50 per person for the class, dessert tasting, and soft drinks. Wine, beer, and cocktails are available for an additional charge. Space is limited to 12 students.
